Wholesale Only Policy
We only sell to wholesalers, distributors, catalogs, and large retail chains. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to protect our Wholesale Accounts we are unable to sell to individuals. All customers are required to enter business tax ID to register. You may access the registration page by clicking on “Login” at the top of the PerfectPearlJewelry.com home page.

Payment Terms
Perfect Pearl Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards, as well as Debit Cards for payment.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we DO NOT offer Net 30 terms, and DO NOT ship C.O.D.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our Website (www.perfectpearljewelry.com), Email (info@ppearlco.com), or Fax (201.641.5055).

Minimum wholesale required
Our min wholesale required amount is $150.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.

Forgot Password
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgotten Password” link on the sign in page. We will send you your password to your e-mail account indicated in your personal account information. You may change the password to your preference whenever you like to.

Credit Card Security
Customer's credit card information is a big liability. Our system and payment gateway is made so that no credit card number is stored in our system. Once the customer enters the number, we do NOT and will NOT keep it in our server or system.

Prices
Prices are only displayed when user is logged into their account. Since this site is wholesale only, prices are shown to those that are registered with a valid reseller's or tax ID number.
